Requirements | 3+ years’ experience working as an Account Coordinator or in a similar role
Previous inbound (Vendor-side) EDI order processing and troubleshooting, minimum 1 year
Experience with 810, 850 and 856 EDI transaction formats is required and Amazon Vendor Central is highly desired
ERP/CRM experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in a fast paced environment is essential and have the ability to exceed customer’s expectations daily
Experience interacting with warehouse/production personnel and able to navigate a warehouse and lift up to 15 pounds on occasion
